No matter if you are a one man show or you lead an army, HOOL help you pull all your classes, employees, notes, handouts, signature documents and money where you can easily see and manage outcomes.
If your business is creating the course and you are an employee the course starts and ends at the discretion of the Business Course Creator (usually someone in your HR department) They will have the details on how and when you sign up and what completion looks like for you.
If you were invited by an Educator or Starter Course creator you can usually find details about your courses in from the menu item labeled Course List. From there search for your course details.
Once you pay for or have been given payment details about your course, unless details differ you may begin, whenever you want! It is a completely self-paced online course you decide when you start and when you finish. Please keep in mind that if the course has prerequisites you must complete those before you can begin, also if the course is timed or proctored by your company you must follow their guidelines.
If you are a monthly subscriber your access is monthly. If you have only paid for one course you have access until you have finished that course, unless the instructor added a deadline date by which all students for that course should have finished and access will be denied starting that day.
As part of the this specific type of sign up (starter), You have 10 days from the date of purchase to contact your instructor to request a refund.
